"Good Jobs, Strong Communities"
The "Good Jobs, Strong Communities" cohort brings together both corporate and community leaders to strengthen organizational practices and cultivate strong partnerships. In this 10-month long journey, leadership teams gain access to high-quality capacity building and coaching to ensure that their learning experiences blend personal growth with practical application.
Key Components Include:
- Professional & Organizational Development for Cross-functional Leadership Teams (up to 7 leaders/organization)
- Corporate, Nonprofit, Academic and Municipal Organizations in the Environmental & Energy Sectors
- 8 Monthly, Half-Day Sessions (virtual)
- 5 Organizational Coaching Calls
- Three-Year Work Plan
"Community Insights"
The "Community Insights" cohort prepares environmental and energy leaders to engage their peers and communities to gather tangible, grassroot insights and solutions. Using participatory action research methods, participants gain real-world skills and experience in driving long-term change.
Key Components Include:
- Weekly (virtual) Training & Coaching Sessions
- 10 hours/week Commitment
- Training in Research Design, Data Collection, Data Analysis & Dissemination Techniques
